SELF LEADERSHIP CONTINUOUS GROWTH PLAN

The best leaders are the ones that never stop learning and growing, regardless of their position.  They seek ways to improve daily.  In order to be succeed in this effort, one must have their learning objectives front of mind every day.  One way to accomplish is to develop a simple, one-page document that highlights the top things you are working on to become a better leader.  It doesn’t need to be complicated.  It needs to be focused on the critical few things that will drive improvement.  Do not pick 20 things to work on!  If you do, there’s a high probability you’ll get none of them done.  Organize your thoughts into a guiding one-page document like the 3X3 matrix in the attached file.
